Current Opening: Social Media Manager

Location: Remote / Hybrid (India) Type: Full-time

We are looking for a dynamic Social Media Manager who can translate Serromi’s brand ethos into engaging digital content. You will be the voice of our brand across all platforms, sparking conversations and building a vibrant community of parents and lifestyle enthusiasts.

What You’ll Do:

  • Strategy & Planning: Develop and execute a monthly content calendar across Instagram, Facebook, and Pinterest.
  • Content Creation: Produce high-quality reels, posts, and stories that align with our premium aesthetic.
  • Community Engagement: Interact with our followers, answer queries, and foster a positive brand environment.
  • Growth & Analytics: Monitor social media trends and performance metrics to optimize reach and engagement.
  • Collaborations: Coordinate with influencers and partners for brand campaigns and gifting.

Who You Are:

  • You have 2+ years of experience in social media management (lifestyle or baby brands are a plus!).
  • You are a pro at using tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Spark.
  • You have a deep understanding of the Indian market and social media trends.
  • You are a self-starter with excellent communication skills and a "can-do" attitude.
