We stand by the quality of our collection. If you wish to return an item, we offer a full refund to your original payment method (Bank Account, Credit/Debit Card, or UPI).

Alternatively, if you prefer, you may still opt for:

  • Product Exchange: Swap your item for a different size or style.

  • Store Credit: Receive a digital credit note valid for one year.

2. Eligibility for Returns

To qualify for a full refund, please ensure:

  • The request is initiated within 7 days of the delivery date.

  • The item is unused, unwashed, and in its original condition.

  • All original tags, packaging, and labels remain intact.

  • The item was not marked as "Final Sale" (except in cases of damage).

3. Damaged or Defective Items

In the rare event that you receive a damaged garment, please contact us at hello@serromi.com within 48 hours of delivery with a photo of the defect. We will arrange a priority replacement or an immediate full refund at no additional cost to you.

4. How to Initiate a Refund

To start your return process:

  3. Reverse Pickup: Our team will schedule a pickup from your address. If your pincode is not serviceable for reverse pickup, our team will guide you on self-shipping the item back to our studio.

5. Processing Time & Reimbursement

  • Inspection: Once your return reaches our warehouse, please allow 3–5 business days for a quality check.

  • Refund Issuance: Once approved, your refund will be processed immediately.

  • Credit Timeline: Depending on your bank, the amount usually reflects in your account within 5–7 working days.

  • Note: While we refund 100% of the product value, original shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable.
