🌿 Fabric & Quality
What kind of fabrics do you use for Serromi clothing? We prioritize natural, high-quality textiles like premium cotton, muslin, and linen. Our goal is to provide a "European summer" aesthetic—meaning our clothes are breathable, soft, and gentle on delicate skin, perfect for India's climate.
Are your clothes safe for newborns and sensitive skin? Absolutely. We avoid harsh chemical treatments and prioritize soft textures. Many of our items, like our muslin shirts and swaddles, are specifically chosen for their hypoallergenic properties and ability to get softer with every wash.
Will the colors fade or bleed? We use high-quality dyes suited for premium kidswear. To maintain the "buttermilk yellow" and "lavender" tones of our collections, we recommend a gentle cold wash and drying in the shade.
How do I choose the right size? Our designs often feature elegant, relaxed fits rather than tight, scaled-down adult styles. Please refer to the Size Guide on each product page for specific measurements. If your child is between sizes, we generally recommend sizing up for longer wear.
🚚 Shipping & Delivery
Where do you ship? Currently, we ship all across India. While we are growing, we do not offer international shipping at this time.
How long will it take to receive my order?
- Processing: Standard orders are typically processed within 2-3 business days.
- Delivery: Once shipped, your order should reach you within 5-7 business days, depending on your location.
- Made-to-Order: Personalized or made-to-order items may require an additional 7-10 days for craftsmanship before shipping.
How can I track my order? Once your order is dispatched, you will receive an email with a tracking link and your AWB number.
🔄 Returns & Exchanges
What is your return policy? We accept return requests for domestic orders within 7 days of delivery. Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags intact.
Do you offer refunds? We provide resolutions via Exchange or Store Credit only. We do not offer monetary refunds to the original payment method. Store credit is valid for 6 months and can be used for any future purchase on our website.
Which items are non-returnable? For hygiene and customization reasons, the following cannot be returned:
- Made-to-order or personalized items.
- tems marked as Final Sale.
- Masks, Sleeping Bags (Medium & Large), Nestilo (Maxi), Heirloom Collection, and Eco Shop items.
- Free gifts or promotional items.
How do I initiate a return or exchange? Simply email us at hello@serromi.com with your Order ID and the reason for the return. Our team will guide you through the process.

I received a damaged item. What should I do? We’re so sorry! Please email us at hello@serromi.com within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the defect. We will prioritize a replacement or store credit for you immediately.
