At Serromi, we strive to ensure your premium children’s essentials reach you in perfect condition and as quickly as possible. Please review our guidelines below regarding domestic and international shipping, as well as our process for exchanges.
1. Shipping Policy
Domestic Shipping (India)

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 1–3 business days. Orders are not shipped on Sundays or public holidays.

Delivery Timeline: Once dispatched, domestic orders typically arrive within 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

Shipping Costs: Standard shipping rates are calculated at checkout. We may offer complimentary shipping on orders above a certain value as specified on our website.
Tracking Your Order
Once your order has shipped, you will receive a notification email containing your tracking number. You can monitor your package's journey through our carrier’s website.
International Shipping
We currently offer international shipping to select countries. Please note that delivery times and shipping costs vary by destination. Any customs duties, taxes, or import fees levied by the destination country are the sole responsibility of the recipient.
2. Exchange Policy
We take great pride in the craftsmanship of our garments. If you are not completely satisfied with the size or fit, we are happy to facilitate an exchange.
Eligibility for Exchange:

Items must be in their original condition: unwashed, unworn, and with all tags intact.

Exchange requests must be initiated within 7 days of receiving your order.

Due to hygiene standards, certain items may be exempt from exchanges.
The Exchange Process:

Initiate: Please email us at hello@serromi.com or message us on WhatsApp at +91-9009016825 with your Order ID and the reason for the exchange.

Pick-up: Once approved, we will arrange a reverse pickup from your registered address (subject to serviceability). If reverse pickup is unavailable in your area, you may be asked to ship the item back to our studio.

Inspection & Replacement: Once we receive and inspect the original item, we will ship out the requested replacement size/style.
Please note: Exchanges are subject to stock availability. If the desired size is out of stock, we will issue a store credit.
3. Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged item or the wrong product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery. We will prioritize a replacement at no additional cost to you.
